[manchesterwireless] Manchester Wireless Meetings

I think if it stands half a chance of resurrection we would need to
make sure that we don't have a reoccurrence of the that's too hard,
too difficult, unsafe, illegal, can't do it brigade and of course any
would be premardonnas and ballet dancers in short skirts.
