Morning! 

I am writing because I want to find out with whom I could work to make the city centre of manchester a free public wireless area during and following the Sky festival in August. 

I am looking at providing funding for the installation of wifi using portals of local businesses - I intend to leave the network in place for public use following the festival. 

If you can provide any on relevant or suitable information on contacts, costs or preferred suppliers I would be interested to hear it. Please call me on the number below to if you would like to discuss the ideas further. 

Thanks for your time, I hope we can make this happen and leave something in place for Manchester following our event.
