[Libpdmp] ROS/M3C question

I was wondering if you still have the code available for dumping the
filestructure?

I have an mp3-player which uses ROS-format but no working software and
the manufacturer does not exist any more..

I would be very happy if you have any more information about the
ROS/M3C-format and would be wiling to share it.
